You can download the Serena Release Automation server log from within the web application.
To download the log file:

Display the Output Log dialog by clicking the
Output Loglink on the Settings pane. -
Click the Download Log button to save the file.

Optionally, you can download the file directly from the Settings pane by clicking the
Downloadlink on the Settings pane.
The Serena Release Automation server log file is normally found in the following location: Serena Release Automation_root\var\log\deployserver.out.
