To create a task:

Display the Create New Task Definition dialog (
Applications > [selected application] > Tasks > Create New Task Definition [button]). -
Name the task then select a template from the Template Name field.
The individual tasks map to the notification scheme used by the application(see the section called “Notifications”). If a scheme is not specified, the default scheme is used. The available tasks are:
