Application roles define the functions users can perform with applications. In addition to the standard permissions, others are:

To add users to application roles:

Display the Security tab for the target application (
Applications > [selected application] > Security)
.All defined roles are displayed.

Use the Add Role Member action for a specific role, then select the user.
All users are available. As shipped, Serena Release Automation provides an
Admin
role with all configured permissions granted. By default,Admin
has a single user—admin
