Serena Release Automation saves report data in CSV files (comma separated value).
To save report data:

Set the filters (if any) an run the report.

Click the CSV button.

Use the Opening File dialog. You can save the data to file, or open the data with an application associated with CSV-type files on your system.
Note
Sort-order and hidden/visible column information is not preserved in the CSV file.
