Category
Select to specify editors for Items or Requests.
Your selection affects all other fields in this dialog box.
Default
Type the pathname to the default editor for the category you specified above, or click the Browse button
to find it.
Optional.
Recommended in order to avoid the following error message: "default editor has not been set".
Override Windows default editor
Select this option if you want the default editor to be used even when there is a Windows default editor for an item format. If you do not select this option, the editor selected as default will only be used when there is no default Windows editor for an item format.
Not applicable for requests.
Description

Select a format or type, then populate the remaining fields in this dialog box, as described below.
Editor
Type the pathname to the editor for the selected item format or request type, or click the Browse button 
to find it.
Reset to Defaults
Select an item format or request type, and click to reset the current editor to the default editor for that format or type.
