The following methods allow you to open Listing reports as a Rich
Editable Grid:
- Run a Listing report, and then click the
Use Editable Grid link in the upper right
corner of the results page.
Note:
- The Use Editable Grid link is not available when you preview a report.
- The
Use Editable Grid link is not available
for Listing reports included in Multi-View reports. Click the zoom-in icon
(
) on an individual Listing report to expand the report to
the full pane and enable the Editable Grid.
- Run a Listing report that uses the Editable Grid HTML Template. The steps to create this type of report is described in the following procedure.
After you have opened the Rich Editable Grid, choose one of the three
modes for viewing or editing the report:
To create a Listing report that will always open as an Editable Grid:
- Create a Listing report, following the steps in Custom Listing Reports.
- In the Select Columns to Display box, double-click on the fields that you want to display in the grid.
- Before saving the report, expand the Additional Options section, and then select editablegrid.htm from the Optional HTML Template drop-down list.

Save the report, and then run the report to view results in the
Editable Grid.
