Specifying Tracker Queries for Importing Data

The Specify Serena Tracker Data to Import dialog box enables you to filter the Tracker data to import. You can select a predefined Tracker query to limit data or click Next to import all data in the selected project.

The following options are available on the Specify Serena Tracker Data to Import dialog box:

• Show Only Shared Queries – Select this option to list all Tracker public queries.

• Show Only Personal Queries for the Administrator Account - Select this option to list personal queries for the Administrator account in the particular Tracker project.

• Import All Records – Select this option to import all items in the Tracker project. This option is selected by default for new Import Option Sets.

• Tracker Query Title – This list contains the specified queries. Select a query from the list to filter imported items as needed.
