Importing Data from a Serena Tracker Project

The Import Data Wizard enables you to import data from Tracker projects into SBM. First, you must manually create an application that contains at least one workflow, fields you want to map to your new application fields, and at least one project into which you can import data. These steps must be taken before you run the Import Data Wizard.
