The Requests tab shows items based on a report defined by an administrator. You can use the provided "Request Center - My Requests" report, which returns items submitted by the logged-in user and that have been modified in the past 30 days. You can also create your own report. For details, refer to Configuring the Requests View.
By default, items are grouped by request date. A symbol represents the status of each item:
