Serena Request Center Overview

Request Center is a portal into IT services. Request Center is intended for users who request services and need to check on the status of those requests. A Knowledge Base is also provided.

The portal is pre-populated with service requests, such as "New Hire Request" and "Install/Upgrade OS," that use the Service Request workflow in the SRC - Service Request process app. The service requests use the Starter Pack Forms, which are customized external forms for submitting requests.

Users access Request Center through the following URL:
