You can apply an initial set of preferences to users or groups. These preferences apply to SBM Work Center.
This works best when you only need to set preferences for a new user or to assist a single user with this task.
This works best when you only need to set preferences for a small number of users who may not be members of the same group.
This works best when you want to apply privileges to all members of one or more groups. This is the easiest way to apply privileges to a large number of users at the same time. For details, refer to Applying Preferences to Groups.
You can apply preferences to multiple users or groups by clicking a row (not the name link), and then pressing Ctrl+Click or Ctrl+Shift. When you apply preferences to multiple users or groups, settings that differ between multiple user accounts are highlighted when All is selected on the toolbar. You can change the settings for all users, or you can select each user on the toolbar and make changes for the selected user only.
