The Search/Reports link is a powerful tool in the Accessible interface. Through this link, you can search for primary and auxiliary items, and run listing and graphical-style reports previously created in the SBM User Workspace. You can update, transition, or delete items displayed on search results pages or in reports if you have appropriate privileges.
The Search/Reports link offers the following options:
Global Search by keyword – Allows you to search for items in multiple primary and auxiliary tables. For details, refer to Global Search by Keyword.
Search by keyword and Search by ID – Allows you to search for primary items in selected applications, items in auxiliary tables that you have privileges to view, and notes and attachments in primary and auxiliary tables. Built-in query – Allows you to run built-in reports based on the selected application. For details, refer to Searching by Built-in Query.
Find Report – Allows you to search for Listing and graphical-style reports created in the SBM User Workspace for the selected application and for auxiliary tables. For details, refer to Searching for Reports.
