Using Reports

Reports enable you to define search, display, and sorting information for a set of work items for a specific application or application group in Work Center.

Depending on our privileges and the products you use, you can:

Run reports for an application or application group. For details, refer to Finding and Running Reports.
Create and edit private reports or those that can be shared with others. For details, refer to Creating Reports.
Schedule reports. For details, refer to Scheduling Reports.
Run an Application Usage report, which enables administrators to see how often users access various applications. For details, refer to Using the Application Usage Report.
Run Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports (Serena Service Manager customers only. For details, refer to Using SLA Reports in Work Center.
