Configuring the Approvals Tab

If you have purchased Serena Request Center, concept approvers, plan reviewers, managers and other stakeholders can use the Approvals tab to approve proposed plans and sign off on plans at various phases.

To configure the Approvals tab in Serena Request Center :

  1. As an user with administrative privileges, log in to Serena Request Center (http://serverName/tmtrack/tmtrack.dll?shell=srp).
  2. Click the Customize link, and then select Approvals.
  3. Click the Another Report link.
  4. Search for the "Plans requiring my approval or sign-off" report in the Demand Plan app, and then click Add.
  5. Save your changes.
