Preparing Listing Reports for Demand Views

Demand Center relies on SBM Listing reports to populate demand views, which are then used to move demand items into plans. Demand items are removed from a demand view once they are moved into a plan or they no longer meet the report criteria. Well-defined reports and accurate data in demand items are therefore crucial to optimal use of Demand Center.

Planners can specify multiple reports for each view and reports can come from a single application or multiple applications, but each Listing report must meet the following criteria:

Privilege Category
Cannot be private reports. Also, be sure to verify that planners have access to run the reports and view report results.
System fields as display columns
- Title
- Description
- Last Modified Date
- Owner
- State
- Submit Date
- Submitter
Note: You can include additional fields as display columns, but the report must contain these fields.
Query-at-Runtime Parameters
These must be excluded from report criteria.
Add Columns of Calculations
Calculations cannot be defined for reports.
