Configuring Request Center

Important: Before allowing users access to Request Center, promote all of the SRC snapshots to your environment. This allows the data for Starter Pack Service Requests to be available when you log in.

Users with the Remote Administration privileges can customize Request Center. All modifications that you make to Request Center will affect all users. Users cannot personalize Request Center.
