Serena Request Center

Serena Request Center is a user friendly IT service portal, designed for the users of IT services. Request Center advertises IT functions and allows users to access these operations in a visually appealing way. The intuitive interface allows users easy access to the service request catalog, their submitted requests, and the Knowledge Center.

Serena Request Center is ready for immediate use with its Starter Pack Service Requests, custom forms, and Service Request workflow. The Starter Pack Service Requests are created when you promote the Starter Pack Forms and SRC - Service Request process app included with SRC. The Starter Pack Forms are a collection of external forms that are used with the Service Request workflow in the SRC - Service Request process app. The forms are tailored for each service request, which allows each form to be different, although they are based on the same workflow.
