Privileges

On the Privileges sub-tab, you can set privileges on a selected process app for one or more users.

These privileges restrict who can view, edit, publish, and deploy a specific process app.

Note: The user list only displays users with Process App privileges on the Privileges | Component Privileges tab in Application Repository (see Component Privileges). For example, if a user only has View or Edit privilege for an Application or Orchestration (and no Process App privileges), that user will not appear in the list.

The following privileges are available:

Privilege	Description
View Component	Open the process app from the repository in SBM Composer and view the process app in Application Repository.
Edit Component	Modify the process app.
Publish Component	Publish the process app to Application Repository. The user must also have the Edit Component privilege to successfully publish a process app.
Deploy Component	Deploy the process app. To successfully deploy from SBM Composer or Application Repository, the user must also have the Edit Component privilege.

After setting privileges for a selected user, click Save to save your changes. Click Save to all users to apply the selected privileges to all users that are listed.
