Working with Privileges → The Privileges Tab → Component Privileges
Component Privileges restrict who can view, edit, publish, and deploy a specific process app. You can also restrict who can view or edit the applications and orchestrations within a process app.
If you cannot find a process app in the list, enter the process app name in the search box and click the magnifying glass to search for it.
| Privilege | Description |
|---|---|
| View Component | Open the process app from the repository in SBM Composer and view the process app in Application Repository. |
| Edit Component | Modify the process app. |
| Publish Component | Publish the process app to Application Repository. The user must also have the Edit Component privilege to successfully publish a process app. |
| Deploy Component | Deploy the process app. To successfully deploy from SBM Composer or Application Repository, the user must also have the Edit Component privilege. |
After setting privileges for a selected user, click Save. Alternatively, click Save to all components to apply the selected privileges to each process app that is listed.
