Working With Views and Feeds → Using Activity Views → Creating Work Item Feeds for Activity Views
You can create work item feeds that show items based on search criteria from all applications or a single application. You can create private feeds or feeds that you can share with other users.
Use feed criteria to filter the list of work items as needed. Data returned by feeds is dependent on each user's privileges to view and work with items.
To create a work item feed:
If this option is selected, work items that meet the rest of the feed criteria are returned from all applications, depending on the feed creation point. For example, if you create the feed for a view in an application group, work items from all applications in that group are returned.
Select a single application from which work items will be returned.
Select to return work items from any project within the feed's application context.
Select this option to return work items from selected projects. Search for projects by name, if necessary.
You can optionally select the Include sub-projects check box. This does not add sub-projects to the Selected projects list, but work items from sub-projects will be included in the results at runtime.
In the list of available projects, hover over a project, and then click the Plus sign to add a single project. To add a project and all of its sub-projects to the Selected projects list, hover over the parent project, and then click the check mark ().
Select to return work items from the user's preferred projects list.
Select to return items owned by any user.
Select to return items owned by the user viewing the feed.
Choose to return items owned by a specific set of groups () or users ().
