Membership Settings for Users and Groups

Use the Membership page in the Users or Groups view to assign group membership.

You can only assign users to groups with the same or a lower level of product access. For example, you cannot assign users with External User access to a group with User product access.

Important: When you add members to an existing group, group preferences are not automatically applied. If you want to set preferences for new members, you must edit the group and then apply preferences on the Group Preferences tab. For details. refer to Applying Preferences to New Group Members.
