To create a calendar view:
- Select All or a pinned application or application group. This determines where the view you create will be available.

Do one of the following:
- Click Calendars in the side menu, and then click the Create Calendar button in the content pane.
- In the side menu, open a pinned calendar view, and then click
the
Create New Calendar icon (
).
- Provide a name and description for the view. Users you share the view with can search for it using the information you provide here.

Add feeds to the view:
- Click New to create a new calendar feed and add it to the view. For details, refer to Creating Calendar Feeds.
- Click Select to add an existing calendar feed to the view.
- Optionally, click the Sharing tab to select users, groups and resource teams to share the view with. For details, refer to Sharing Views.
- Save your view.
- Optionally, on the Calendars page, find the calendar view in the list and click the star icon to add it as a favorite to your side menu.
You can now access the calendar view and see events.
In the
Actions drop-down list, click
Export to ICS to export the events on the
calendar to an ICS file, which you can import into an external calendar
application. By default, the following data is exported for each event:
- Event title – Each event uses either the Value Display Format or the Primary Display Field value as the title for the event, depending on the option that is selected in the calendar feed or report definition.
- Event description – Each event uses the Secondary Display Field value (if provided) as the description for the event, if Value Display Format is not selected in the calendar feed or report definition.
- Event start/end dates – Each event uses the Event Start Field value and the Event End Field value (if provided) from the calendar feed or report definition. If an Event End Field is not specified, the duration of each event defaults to one hour.
- Alarm – A default alarm (15 minutes prior to the start of the event) is set for each event.
