To create a calendar view:
 
     
 
    You can now access the calendar view and see events. 
      
In the 
        
Actions drop-down list, click 
        
Export to ICS to export the events on the
        calendar to an ICS file, which you can import into an external calendar
        application. By default, the following data is exported for each event: 
      
 
        - Event title – Each event uses either the 
          Value Display Format or the 
          Primary Display Field value as the title for
          the event, depending on the option that is selected in the calendar feed or
          report definition. 
        
 
 
        - Event description – Each event uses the 
          Secondary Display Field value (if provided) as
          the description for the event, if 
          Value Display Format is not selected in the
          calendar feed or report definition. 
        
 
 
        - Event start/end dates – Each event uses the 
          Event Start Field value and the 
          Event End Field value (if provided) from the
          calendar feed or report definition. If an 
          Event End Field is not specified, the duration
          of each event defaults to one hour. 
        
 
 
        - Alarm – A default alarm (15 minutes prior to the start of the
          event) is set for each event. 
        
 
 
      
In addition, all events from one year of the current date are
      exported; however, you can export a particular date range by temporarily
      modifying the start and end date field values in the field specification for
      the feed or in the 
      
Search Filter tab of the report definition.
