Mail Servers View

Use the Mail Servers page to view and manage mail servers for the SBM Mail Client.

The following options are available on the Mail Servers page:

• Add

  Click this button to add a mail server.

• Details

  Select a mail server in the list, and then click this button to edit it.

• Delete

  Select a mail server in the list, and then click this button to delete it. Note that you cannot delete a mail server that is currently used by an existing mailbox.

• Refresh

  Click to refresh the page to its last saved state or to update the page after a deployment or promotion.

• Search

  Search for mail servers by name.

• Items Per Page
  Use Show next to set the number of items to display on the page. You can use one of the provided amounts or specify your own number under 1,000 items. Once set, this value applies to all views in Application Administrator. Use the navigation arrows to move through multiple pages.

  Note: The Items Per Page value applies only to your current machine and browser. It will be reset if you clear your browser cache.

After you add one or more mail servers, you can view a summary of each mail server on this page. The Mailboxes column contains a comma-separated list of mailboxes that are assigned to each mail server that you have added.
