Mail Servers

Use the Mail Servers view to define additional mail servers for your system.

For on-premise systems, this enables you to use multiple mailboxes that are connected to different mail servers. For example, you might configure a mailbox for e-mail submission that is hosted in the cloud to supplement your on-premise Exchange server mailbox.

For on-demand systems, this enables you to use your own mail server and mailbox for e-mail submission or to override the default e-mail recorder mailbox that is provided by the system.
