Viewing Basic and Advanced Search Results

The following options are available on search results pages for basic and advanced searches. Depending on administrative settings, these options are shown as icons or are available from the Actions drop-down list.

Use these options at the bottom of the results list to update multiple items at once or move items to a folder:
  • Update All Checked

    Depending on your privileges and the list of items that you are viewing, you may be able to update multiple items at once using the mass update feature. Select the items that you want to update, and then click the Update All Checked button. For details, refer to Working with Multiple Items at Once.

  • Create Link in

    Enables you to create links to items and reports in a folder. For details, refer to Using the Create Link In Feature.
