Searching for Reports

You can search for and run Listing and graphical-style Trend and Distribution reports created in the SBM User Workspace in the Accessible interface.

To find and run reports from the Accessible interface:

  1. Click the Search/Reports link on the toolbar.
  2. Click the Find Report link.
  3. In the Search by Title box, type keywords contained in the report title. Keywords are single words, separated by a space. Use double quotes (") to search for phrases. For details on keyword searching, refer to Using Keyword Search.
  4. Select one of the following options:
    • Match All – Select this option to search for a match to all the keywords you typed. This is also referred to as an "and" search, meaning that if you type in two keywords, items containing both those keywords are returned.

    • Match Any – Select this option to search for a match on any of the keywords you typed. This is also referred to as an "or" search, meaning that if you type in two keywords, items containing at least one of those keywords is returned.

Note: If you do not provide search criteria, all reports available to you in the selected application are returned. Depending on your handheld device and the number of reports available to you, you may receive errors. For best results, always filter your report search to limit results.
  5. Click Search.
  6. On the Search Results page, click the title of the report you want to run.
  7. Reports with query-at-runtime parameters display a selection of query parameters. Select the query parameters and click the Run Report button. The Report page displays the results of your query.
