Mapping Generic Referential Field Information

A foreign key, or referential field, references a record in another table. If you map an integer source field to an SBM field that is a foreign key field, the source field is also treated as a foreign key and you must indicate reference columns in the source table in order to map field values correctly. SBM foreign key fields include Folder, Multi-Group, Multi-Relational, Multi-Selection, Multi-User, Single Relational, Single Selection, and User fields.

The following options are available on the Options: Generic Referential Field Information dialog box:

Click OK to return to the Map External Source Fields to Destination Fields dialog box.
