Revoking a Contact's User Account

If necessary, you can revoke access to SBM after it has been granted.

To revoke contact access to SBM:

  1. From a Contact field or record in the Contacts table, select Revoke Login from the Actions drop-down list.
  2. You are prompted to confirm that you want t to revoke access. Click OK.
    Note: You can still grant access to this contact again by selecting Grant Login from the Actions drop-down list.
