Upgrading Custom Templates

When you upgrade to a new version of SBM, all HTML templates, cascading style sheets, Javascript functions, and online help files are replaced with new versions. During the upgrade process, files in the following folders are backed up:
Note: Refer to the SBM Release Notes for the backup location.

You must manually merge your custom changes from your old files to the new files after you upgrade, and add your changes to the database following the instructions in Customizing Global Templates and Files.

To ease this process, consider limiting customization of provided templates.
