Resetting Administrative Access

The Reset Administrative User Access wizard enables you to reset the passwords of administrative users. This enables them to log on to SBM Application Administrator and other SBM components if they lose or forget their password.

You can also use the wizard to grant administrative access to users who are granted a product-access type other than Regular User or Managed Administrator.

The wizard also allows you to grant the Remote Administration privilege to users for whom it was mistakenly removed.

The wizard is only available when the SBM System Administrator is connected to the database via ODBC.

To open the wizard, select Reset Administrative User Access from the Tools menu, and then click Next.
