The Snapshots Tab

The Snapshots tab lists the process app snapshots that you have permissions to view, including the name of the snapshot, a description, and details about the creation of the snapshot.

Restriction: To see snapshots, you must have the View privilege, which is granted on the Privileges tab.

Use the Sources drop-down list to filter the list of snapshots by their source (file, environment, or solution).

Click the Create New button to create a new snapshot. For details, refer to Creating a Snapshot.

Click the Load from file button to load a snapshot from the file system. For details, refer to Loading a Snapshot from File.

In addition, the following actions are available:

Promote
Promotes a snapshot to an environment.

Export
Saves a snapshot to file.

Update
Updates an existing snapshot with current data.

Delete
Deletes a snapshot from the repository, so it can no longer be promoted.
