Exporting a Snapshot

Exporting a snapshot to a file provides a means of exchanging process apps and a variety of configuration entities between users without access to the same Application Repository.

Prerequisites:

To export a process app snapshot to a file, you must have the Export Process Apps privilege (set in SBM Application Administrator).

To export a snapshot to a file:

On the Snapshots tab, select the snapshot that you want to export.
In the Actions column, click the Export icon.
Enter a name for the snapshot and navigate to the location where you want to save the process app.
Click OK.

A process starts in the background to export the new snapshot. Go to Activities to see the status of the export.
