The SBM User Workspace is the end-user interface of Serena® Business Manager and enables you to submit and track primary items and to search for and report on these items.
This document is intended for process app users. It describes how to use the standard features of the SBM User Workspace, such as reports, searches, and item actions.
This document does not cover your company's processes or data collection practices, such as field values and settings. Your administrator may provide online help for each process, however. For details, refer to Solution-based Custom Help.
