Getting Help

Several resources are available to help you successfully use the User Workspace.

Global Online Help

Serena provides searchable online help to assist you with generic content, such as navigating the User Workspace, searching for items, creating reports, and setting user profile options.

Click the help button on the toolbar to open the global online help.

To view a PDF version of the global online help, click the About icon (image), and then select the Product Information tab.

Solution-based Custom Help

Because each process and application are unique to your company, custom help may be available to you if your administrator has provided it. This information is specific to each process, including information about fields, workflows, states, and transitions.
