Special System Fields

Project

The Project field stores information about where items are stored. For best results, you should only modify the Project field when you are moving primary items.

State

The State field stores information about an item's position in a workflow. Typically, the State field is updated by the system as items move through the workflow.

Title

The Title field is required for all primary tables. Your administrator may change the field's name, however.
