Use the Views page to manage your views for Home and each application or
application group. You can:
Find and run views.
Add views to your personal menu for each application context.
Drag and drop menu items to reorder them.
Create views without adding them to your menu. This is good for
creating views you want to share with others.
Edit views.
Delete views you created or that you own.
Opening the Views Page
To open the
Views page:
Select
Home or a pinned application or application group.
Click the
Manage Views icon () to open the views page for the selected
application context.
Tip: To close the
Manage Views page, click the
Close button or select Home or an application icon.
Navigating the Views Page
Use the legend below the figure to learn about the
Views page.
Organize your favorite views by dragging and dropping items in the
menu. For details on personalizing your menus, refer to
Customizing Your Menus.
Filter available views by type (All, Dashboards, Activities,
Calendars, or Backlogs).
Search for views by name or description.
Filter the list of views by shared access level (owner,
collaborator, viewer, etc.), view type, author, application, and status.
Note: If more than 10 items are returned in any category, you can
search the results lists. For example, if more than 10 applications are
returned, you can search for a specific application in the result list.
Click a view in the list to run it.
Hover over a view and:
Click the edit icon to modify the view. Depending on your view
access level, you can change the shared view. You can also add feeds and
widgets to your personal version of a view.
