Configuring Activity Widgets

You can choose one of two formats for your activity widget:
  • Activity Summary

Shows the activity ring for the selected activity view. You can filter the ring to one of the fields selected on the Filters tab for the view. You can filter views that span multiple applications by the Generic Application fields selected for the view. For details, refer to Customizing Filters for Activity Views.

  • Top Activity Items

Shows the work item list for the activity view. Choose to sort the list by one of the fields selected on the Fields tab for the view. You can sort views that span multiple applications by the Generic Application fields selected for the view.

You can also choose the number of items to show in the list, with a maximum of 30 items. If more than 30 items are shown in the list, you can click the selected View All button when you run the view to see the full list.

Note: Once you configure an activity widget, you cannot edit the settings. You can delete the widget and add a new activity widget that has the settings you need, however.
