Installation and Configuration → Configuring Serena Service Manager → Accessing Serena Work Center
After you run SBM Configurator and click Apply, a prompt states that the services must be restarted for changes to take effect. Confirm that the IIS and SBM Tomcat services are running after the restart, and then launch Work Center using the following URL:
When Work Center is accessed for the first time after the installation is complete, the loading time will be longer than normal, which may cause a timeout to occur. This is due to the server loading data associated with the new solutions. The slow loading time is a onetime occurrence.
After you log in to Work Center, launch SBM Application Repository to continue the setup process by importing the Service Manager solutions.
