Configuring Request Center

Users with the Remote Administration privileges can customize Request Center. These modifications affect all users. Users cannot personalize Request Center.

You must have Remote Administration privileges to customize Request Center. On-demand administrators must be a member of the Administrator group.

To configure Request Center, log in to (http://serverName/tmtrack/tmtrack.dll?shell=srp.

Tip: If you were already logged in to the Request Center, refresh your browser. This ensures that you have the latest updates to Request Center and that you will not overwrite someone else's updates. (When you log in, the Request Center properties are cached locally. Failing to refresh will use the cached properties instead of the latest properties in the database.)
