ALM Octane Plugin Configuration Overview

The Micro Focus ALM Octane plugin enables you to:

• Link new or existing ALM Octane work items with release packages or trains.
• Link existing ALM Octane requirements with release packages or trains.
• Update existing ALM Octane Work Items while executing tasks.

Before you can use the Octane plugin, administrators must do the following:

• Add the plugin. See Preparing the Plugins.
• Add a base configuration.
• Add one or more item or action configurations of the plugin.
• Configure custom column fields to display appropriate data. See ALM Octane Plugin Configuration Overview.
