SBM Plugin Configuration Overview

Through the SBM plugin, Release Control requests are associated with SBM items, such as issues and incidents, and Release Control tasks execute SBM actions, such as submit and transition.

Before you can use the SBM plugin, administrators must do the following:

• Prepare the plugin for use. At minimum, the example configurations must be updated with valid connection information. See Preparing the Plugins.
• Configure custom column fields to display appropriate data. See Custom Column Fields for SBM.
