ChangeMan ZMF Plugin Configuration Overview

ChangeMan ZMF plugin provides functionality for associating and actioning ChangeMan ZMF change packages.

• When creating deployment tasks or task templates, you can choose from ChangeMan ZMF actions, such as auditing, promoting, and approving change packages.
• When creating deployment tasks or task templates, you can you associate ChangeMan ZMF change packages with your task.
• When adding deployment units, you associate ChangeMan ZMF change packages with your Release Control release package.

When associating change packages, you have to option to create them.

Before you can use the ChangeMan ZMF plugin, an administrator must do the following:

• Install and configure ALM Connector. For details, see the ALM Connector Configuration Guide.
• Install and add the plugin. See Preparing the Plugins.
• Add one or more configurations of the plugin. See Adding Plugin Configurations and the example ChangeMan ZMF plugin configuration described in the following table.
• Configure custom column fields to display appropriate data for ChangeMan ZMF deployment units. See Fields for ChangeMan ZMF.
