Users and Roles for Item Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to see which users have the item on their Inboxes and which users can change the item.

Use the Users With Object in Their Inbox tab to see users who have this item on their Inboxes.

Users with Object in Their Inbox Tab

Field	Description	Rules and Guidelines
User Name	The user ID for which the item is pending.
Role	The user's role.
Capability	Shows whether the user has primary (P), secondary (S), or leader (L) role capability for the item.	These responsibilities are set up in the process model.
Full Name	The user's name.
Site	The user's location.
Department	The user's department.
Telephone	The user's telephone number.
