Subscribe Groups Dialog Box

The Group Subscription dialog box allows you to subscribe groups to the selected mail event. You can also remove groups that are already subscribed.

Field	Description	Rules and guidelines
Digest	A check box to indicate whether multiple notifications destined for the same user are concatenated into a single email	Default is unchecked. A separate email is sent for each notification.
Do not notify originator of the event	Select this option if you do not want a user who triggers an event to receive an email notification.
Project/Stream	The specific project/stream to which this subscription applies	Only displayed for Promote/demote/deploy/roll back events. Use the browse button to select a project/stream If blank, applies to all projects/streams.
Stage	The stage in the GSL for which this subscription applies	Only displayed for Promote/demote/deploy/roll back events. Select a stage from the list. If blank, applies to any stage.
Area	The specific area to which this subscription applies.	Only displayed for deploy and roll back events. Select an area from the list. If blank, applies to any area.
Available Groups	A list of active groups in the base database.	Double-click a single group to quickly subscribe the group. Press CTRL and select multiple groups to subscribe them.
Groups to subscribe	A list of the users you intend to subscribe to receive a notification.	Double-click a single group to quickly remove the group from the list. Press CTRL and select multiple groups to remove them from the list.
