Zooming out

If you want to focus on a small number of tasks that are found within a very large task plan, you can use the zoom in feature to help make it easier to view the part the task plan in which you want to work.

To zoom out on tasks in a task plan

Open the Projects module.
Select an item.
Select the Task Plan tab.
In the task plan, from the row of task plan icons, select Zoom Out.
