Viewing a role assignment for an item template

A role assignment determines who can access an item.

To view a role assignment for an item template

  1. Open the Properties dialog box for an item, an item template, a resource, or a resource team..
  2. Select the under Role Assignments tab.
  3. Choose the Simple or Advanced tab.
