Preview a task plan before printing

Print preview lets you visualize what you will print before printing it. The print preview toolbar has the following options: Go to first page, Go to previous page, Go to next page, Go to page above, Go to page below, Go to the last page, Zoom in, No zoom, Zoom out, Printer setup, Print, Print only, Gantt, and Print only spreadsheet.
