If you are not using a role assignment, you can delete it (though it may be better to clear it).
To delete a role assignment for an invesetment template
- Open the Properties dialog box for an item, an item template, a resource, or a resource team.
- Select the under Role Assignments tab.
- Choose the Simple or Advanced tab.

From the Group / User drop-down, select a security role and click Delete
.

Click Save
