Converting an issue to an item type

You can convert an issue into an item type.

To convert an issue to an item type

  1. Open the Projects module.
  2. Select an item.
  3. Select the Issues tab.
  4. Click Convert Issue to convert an issue to a new log type (such as a work item).
  5. Click OK.
