Allowing users to disable their email notifications

You can allow users in your organization to disable email notifications. When this option is enabled, team members will be able to choose the Receive Notifications as Emails option when they manage their personal settings.

To allow users to disable their email notifications

  1. From the top-level navigation, open the Admin module.
  2. Select Customization.
  3. Select the Environment Settings tab.
  4. Select the Notification Settings tab.
  5. Select Allow Users to Disable their Email Notifications.
  6. Click Save Save.
